Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ZBA Digital website (zbadigital.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

ZBA Digital provides website development services with the following specifications:

• 5-page website (Home, Services, About, Contact, Privacy)
• Delivery timeframe: 7 calendar days from payment confirmation
• One text-only revision round included
• Mobile-first responsive design
• Click-to-call phone functionality
• Contact form with email notifications
• Google Maps embed
• Basic on-page SEO (titles and descriptions)

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable:

• Website Build: $750 (one-time, non-refundable once work begins)
• Hosting & Maintenance: $49/month (required to keep site live)
• Rush Delivery: +$200 (optional, reduces delivery to 3-4 days)

Payment is required upfront via Stripe checkout. The website build fee is non-refundable once work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide the following within 24 hours of payment:

• Business name and logo (if available)
• Contact information (phone, email, address)
• Service descriptions and copy
• Any specific requests or preferences

Failure to provide required materials may delay the project timeline.

5. Revisions Policy

One text-only revision round is included with your website build. This includes:

• Typos and wording changes
• Content updates
• Contact information corrections

The following are not included in revisions:

• Design changes
• Layout modifications
• Additional pages beyond the 5-page scope
• New features or functionality

6. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting is required to keep your website live. If hosting payments stop, the website will be taken offline. Clients may cancel hosting at any time, but the website will no longer be accessible.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the website content and design. ZBA Digital retains the right to display the website in our portfolio. Stock images used remain licensed to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZBA Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the website build.

9. Eligibility

We reserve the right to decline service to any client at our sole discretion. Factors that may affect eligibility include:

• Business type or industry
• Inability to provide required materials
• Unrealistic project expectations
• History of disputes or non-payment

10. Termination

We may terminate this agreement at any time for violation of these terms. Refunds are not available after work has commenced.
